Returns/Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
The only exception is if there is any issues with your item, such as damages/defects or if you received the wrong item. In those cases, please do not hesitate to contact us at our store email (contact@mochapins.com) or fill out the contact form under the Contact Tab and we will do our best to assist you. Please include details such as: your name, phone #, address, and photos of the item received. 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us ASAP. We only accept cancellations if the item has not been shipped out.

 

International customers: Please be aware we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees for receiving the goods in your country. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. Thank you.
